Refund Policy

Exams

It is the responsibility of the candidate to book their exams with an exam centre. 

• It is the candidates responsibility to ensure that the booking is for the correct exam
• Exams booked at Peak Assessment Centre must be paid for 5 days prior to the date of the exam. Failure to make payment 5 days prior to the exam will result in the candidate being unable to sit the exam.  For exams booked with less than 5 days to pay, the fee must be paid in full on receipt of the invoice
• Once an exam booking has been placed we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or transfers to other dates. If you wish to transfer a booking you will be required to place a new booking accompanied through our system.
• All exam bookings are non-refundable.
