Exams

It is the responsibility of the candidate to book their exams with an exam centre.

It is the candidates responsibility to ensure that the booking is for the correct exam
Exams booked at Peak Assessment Centre must be paid for 7 days prior to the date of the exam. Failure to make payment 7 days prior to the exam will result in the candidate being unable to sit the exam. For exams booked with less than 5 days to pay, the fee must be paid in full on receipt of the invoice
Once an exam booking has been placed we are unable to offer refunds. If the exam is transferred to another available date, the candidate will be subject to an additional cancellation fee of £42 + VAT to amend the change. provided the change or cancellation is notified to Peak Assessment Centre Limited at least 7 days prior to the date of the exam.
No changes or cancellations can be made within 7 days of the exam and no refunds will be given
